Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn, and with all Review tags still attached before securely sealing them in a mailing bag.
Post Your Parcel
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any Australia Post outlet.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
